ACHIEVED?

SMART?

We were not able to assess objectives 1 and 2 as we did not have time to conduct those activities. â€‹â€‹

We were able to assess objective 3 on the last day. All of the children understood at least one reason not to be indifferent.

The goals were SMART but we could not achieve them as we did not have time.

80% of the students have achieved all 3 objectives.

The last goal was not a SMART goal as we used observation to measure if the goal which is not a reliable method.

80% of the children achieved objectives 1 and 2.

There was no time to conduct the last activity so we could not achieve the last objective.

The last goal was not a SMART goal as it was not time-based. We could not conduct the activity as we overestimated the time.

EVALUATION METHODS

Most of our evaluation methods involved asking them to raise their hands during debriefing. We also observed them during the activities.

Asking them to raise their hands might be a good way to see how many of them understood the objectives of the activities.

However, observing them might not be a good way to evaluate whether the objectives were met.

BUDGET

The estimated budget was $323.70. However, we only used $109.60. I think that we spent so little because only half of the expected students attended the sessions. I feel the money was well spent as we only spent on items that we needed like the prizes and food.
